4. Scope of Services Provided

All subscribed transport operators under TOSS are entitled to:

a) Administrative Support

Access to OSS's office and personnel for inquiries, reporting issues, or receiving compliance advice.

b) Legal Advisory & Representation Support

Legal education and awareness on Ghana's road traffic laws, vehicle operations, and driver rights.

d) Motor Insurance Awareness

e) Monthly & Annual Incentive Program

Eligible drivers with full annual subscription and zero legal records may receive:

5. Subscription Policy

Monthly subscription fee is affordable and fixed.
Covers only the listed services under this policy.
