1. Business Growth & Strategy
Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with OSS’s vision and revenue targets.
Identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams across OSS’s services: IT, HR, Legal, Accounting, Marketing, and Health & Safety.
Conduct market research to anticipate industry trends and client needs in Ghana.
Prepare and present growth strategies to the management team.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Source, pursue, and secure new clients across SMEs, transport unions, market operators, and corporate bodies.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
Represent OSS at industry events, trade fairs, and professional networking sessions.
Develop proposals and pitch presentations tailored to prospective clients.
3. Partnership & Collaboration Development
Establish strategic partnerships with government institutions, professional associations, and donor agencies.
Collaborate with unions (e.g., transport operators) and SMEs for adoption of OSS services.
Build relationships with regulators (e.g., NRSA, Labour Department, GRA) for compliance-driven services.
4. Sales & Revenue Targets
Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
Work with the marketing team to design campaigns that generate leads.
Track and report on sales performance and business growth metrics.
5. Team Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with department heads (IT, HR, Legal, Accounting, Marketing, H&S) to create integrated service packages.
Train and mentor sales and business support staff to build capacity for client acquisition.
Contribute to the overall culture of innovation, professionalism, and customer service excellence at OSS.
