2. Services Offered
ONE Sphere Solutions provides integrated business services, including but not limited to:
- Legal advisory & compliance
- Human Resource & recruitment solutions
- Health & Safety consultancy
- Marketing strategies
- IT systems & infrastructure management
- Business development & transformation consulting
3. Eligibility and Access
You must be at least 18 years of age or legally registered as a business entity to access or contract our services. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when engaging with our services or creating an account.
4. Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay service fees as outlined in quotations, proposals, or service agreements. A non-refundable deposit may be required before project initiation. Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise specified. Late payments may attract a 5% penalty per month. All fees are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless stated otherwise.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client data, strategies, and business information with strict confidentiality. Clients and OSS agree not to disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, proposals, strategies, software, and designs created by OSS remain the intellectual property of OSS unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive the right to use deliverables for internal business use only. Unauthorized reproduction or resale of our work is prohibited.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide timely access to necessary information and resources.
- Collaborate actively in service delivery.
- Respond to communications in a reasonable time frame.
- Ensure payment obligations are met.
8. Limitation of Liability
ONE Sphere Solutions shall not be liable for:
- Loss of business, profits, or data arising from service use or delays
- Errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate client input
- Acts of God, system outages, or issues beyond our control
Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.
9. Cancellation & Termination
Either party may terminate a contract with 14 days' written notice. OSS reserves the right to terminate immediately in cases of abuse, illegal conduct, or breach of terms. Deposits made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
10. Data Protection & Privacy
We are committed to safeguarding client information in line with the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). Client data will only be used for service delivery, analysis, communication, or as required by law. Please also refer to our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Where this fails:
- Disputes shall be governed by Ghanaian law
- Legal proceedings may be initiated in the Commercial Court, Accra, unless otherwise agreed
12. Modifications
ONE Sphere Solutions may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated terms.
